1. General provisions

Individual entrepreneur Evgenia Alekseevna Eliseeva (the "Operator") processes the personal data of users of https://formea.design (the "Site") only if the user sends it to the Operator through a form on the Site or through the online consultation booking. By doing so, the user consents to the processing of personal data and accepts this Privacy Policy (the "Policy").

Operator: individual entrepreneur Evgenia Alekseevna Eliseeva, INN (taxpayer number) 673204800682, OGRNIP (state registration number) 325670000009112, address: 9A Nikolaeva St., Smolensk, Russia.

User: a legally capable adult who has provided personal data to the Operator, including a representative of a company.

Legal grounds for processing personal data:

Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data";
Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection";
the contract between the Operator and the user;
the user's consent to the processing of personal data.

By becoming a client of the Operator, the user consents to the processing of their personal data for the term of the contract with the Operator and for three years after it ends.

2. What data the Operator processes and why

Processing of personal data includes collection, storage, correction (updating, changing), use, anonymisation and deletion. All data is processed automatically.

Purposes of processing: to reply to a request, hold a consultation, prepare an offer, and sign and fulfil a services contract. If the user has separately agreed to receive studio news, the Operator also uses their contact details for this. The user can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to hello@formea.design.

The Operator processes the following user data:

name, including a nickname;
phone number;
email address or Telegram username;
preferred way to get in touch;
details of the property: type, area, status;
company name and field of work (for requests from designers and partners);
text the user writes in the form;
the chosen date and time of the consultation.

To protect the forms from spam, the Site sends the time it took to fill in the form. The request service keeps the sender's IP address for 10 minutes to limit the number of requests from one address. The IP address is not saved in the request.

The Operator does not process special or biometric categories of personal data.

3. Where the data is stored

Requests from the Site go to Yandex Cloud Functions (Yandex.Cloud LLC). It forwards each request to the Operator's Yandex Mail inbox and saves it on the Operator's Yandex Disk (Yandex LLC). The servers of these services are in Russia.

The Operator keeps personal data while the user's consent is valid, and no longer than the purposes of processing require.

4. Changing personal data

If the user's personal data changes, the user tells the Operator at hello@formea.design.

If the user reports that their personal data is inaccurate or out of date, the Operator updates it within 7 working days of the request.

5. Sharing personal data

The Operator shares personal data with third parties only at the request of public authorities where the law requires it, and with services that process data on the Operator's behalf:

Yandex Cloud, Yandex Mail and Yandex Disk (Russia): receiving and storing requests from the Site;
Cal.com, Inc. (USA): online consultation booking. When the user books, Cal.com receives their name, email address, the chosen time and a comment if the user leaves one. This is a cross-border transfer of personal data. The user consents to it by filling in and confirming the booking;
Netlify, Inc. (USA): hosting, the service that shows the pages of the Site. Netlify receives only the technical data any browser sends when it opens a page: the IP address and browser type. Netlify does not receive form data.

If the user writes to the Operator on Telegram, WhatsApp or MAX, the conversation goes through these services and under their rules.

6. Cookies

The Site itself does not set cookies. The cal.com booking window may set its own cookies when the user opens it. If the Operator adds a visit statistics service, the Operator will update this section and ask for consent to cookies.

7. Protecting personal data

The Operator keeps personal data safe and protects it from unlawful or accidental access, deletion, change, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions by third parties. To do this, the Operator:

uses technical means of information protection;
uses antivirus software;
sets rules for access to personal data;
records all actions with personal data.

The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the personal data the user provides.

8. Deleting personal data

The Operator deletes personal data in these cases:

the user has shown that the data was obtained unlawfully or is not needed for the stated purpose: within 7 working days;
the user has withdrawn consent to processing: within 7 days of receiving the withdrawal;
the purpose of processing has been achieved: within 3 days;
other cases set by law: within 30 days.

The Operator deletes personal data by erasing it where it is stored. To withdraw consent or ask for your data to be deleted, write to hello@formea.design.

9. Information for users

The user can ask the Operator what personal data the Operator holds about them, or ask to see it. The Operator replies within 10 working days.

If the Operator refuses to provide the information, the Operator sends the user a reasoned refusal within 10 working days.

10. Changes to the Policy

The Operator may change this Policy without notifying the user. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Site, unless it says otherwise.

The current version of the Policy is always available at https://formea.design/en/privacy/. The Russian version prevails.
